Refund Policy
If not 100% satisfied, simply email us for a full refund within 30 days of purchasing this course, no questions asked. If you purchased this course and did not pass the PTCB exam, within 60 days from date of purchase, you can receive a full refund. Send me a copy of the failing notice and the full amount will be credited to you. This refund only refers to this website, not Amazon.
Please let us know what you had trouble with when taking the PTCB exam so we could address it in the next edition of the book and on the website.
